True.

Happy is the man who finds wisdom, and the man that attains understanding. For possession of it is better than silver and fine gold. She is more precious than rubies: and all the things you desire are not to be compared to her. Length of days is in her right hand: and in her left hand riches and honour. Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace. She is a tree of life to those who find her: and happy is everyone who possess her.
Proverbs 3:13-18

Be Happy.

To live a happy and successful life surround yourself with positive, loving people. Spend more time with those who make you feel good and less time with those who make you feel unhappy. Decide whether each of your relationships drag you down or lift you up.
Too often we judge people on too little information. Instead of judging someone for what they do or where they are in their life, try to understand why they do what they do and how they got to where they are whether that be a good or bad place. Looking at the outcome of certain situations can be a good guide to overcoming obstacles before they arise. No matter how much progress you make there will always be the people who insist that your ideas are impossible. When you come across these people, don’t try to reason with them. Instead, forget about them. They will only waste your time and energy.

Had I the heavens' embroidered cloths.

James Archer, Queen Guinevere, 1860.

Had I the heavens' embroidered cloths,
Enwrought with golden and silver light,
The blue and the dim and the dark cloths
Of night and light and the half light,
I would spread the cloths under your feet:
But I, being poor, have only my dreams;
I have spread my dreams under your feet;
Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.

William Butler Yeats.

The Matrix Of All Matter.

German physicist and one of the founding fathers of Quantum Theory, Max Planck, said that “all matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force which brings the particles of an atom to vibration which holds the atom together. We must assume behind this force is the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind. This mind is the matrix of all matter.“

1914 - 1939.

Art Deco began in 1914 at the decline of the Art Nouveau period and continued in popularity between the two world wars its influence ended in 1939 when most people’s lives were driven into turmoil by the Second World War. The decadence of the times was slowed down by a shortage of manpower to contribute to the lavish life-styles of the rich and a more austere period began.

At 405 Lexington Avenue, New York stands a work of art which is The Chrysler Building. It was built 1928-30 for automobile tycoon Walter P. Chrysler. It was designed by William Van Alen. Outside this Art Deco skyscraper are chevron helmets and aluminium gargoyles it is one of the most distinctive buildings in the world.
